We will be conducting an election of representatives for FY2015 to FY2016 in accordance with the Articles of Association and Representative Election Rules as follows.
1.Election of Representatives:

Persons qualified to run for election: Candidates who were regular members at the end of FY2011 |
| (2) |
Persons qualified to vote: Regular members as of February 28th, 2014 (Those who were approved regular membership after March 1st are not qualified to vote.) |
| (3) |
No. of representatives to be elected: Between 160 and 200 |
| (4) |
Voting method: Secret voting by e-mail using a form determined separately, and each will be elected in order of the highest valid number of votes obtained. |

| Those who pay the entire fee for FY2013 are qualified to stand for election and to vote. |

3.Notification for Candidacy
|
| |
| A regular member who will be nominating himself shall print out the specified papers for Notification for Candidacy for Representative in an A4 format (pdf/Word), enter the required information, put his signature on it, and send it by e-mail to the mail address of office@jsrt.or.jp by the deadline.
