Guidance for Membership to the Japanese Society of Radiological Technology, Incorporated Association

If you should desire to become a member of this society, please apply for membership by filing in the application form together with remittance of the membership fee to the society as follows.

Membership fee: 13,000 Japanese Yen.
Please remit the fee by the end of September each year to the following address.
(If you fail to pay the fee within the term, mailing of the bulletin may be stoped.)

Remarks: Please take notice of any change in the mailing address, resignation from membership and other similar changes.
