Paper submission guidelines
The official languages are Japanese and English.
This year, we have improved guidelines for submissions of a paper for presentation. Therefore, those wishing to present a paper must prepare an abstract and author information to our online entry system shown below. All submissions will be reviewed in the blind manner by the program committee in JSRT. Papers will be accepted for oral presentation only (7 minutes + 3 minutes Q/A). Only papers submitted through the electronic system and submissions are required to follow our guidelines strictly in order for systematic reviewing and publication.
Abstract body should be written within 320 words.
A Novelty of Research Statement should be written within 200 words.
The program committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of the abstracts .
