Special Registration Rate for Partner Society Members
Dear members of our partner societies,
We are pleased to offer a discounted registration fee of 15,000 JPY for JRC2027 (The 6th ICRPT) to the members of the following organizations:
- IOMP: The International Organization for Medical Physics
- AFOMP: Asia-Oceania Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics
- CSIT: Chinese Society of Imaging Technology
- KSRS: Korean Society of Radiological Science
- TWSRT: Taiwan Society of Radiological Technologists
- TMPS: Thai Medical Physicist Society

To apply for the special member rate, please complete the verification process:
- Download the Form
Please download the form via the link below:
Member Verification Form Download
- Obtain Authorization: Have the form signed by the President of your society (Digital signatures are accepted).
*File Naming: Please name your file as “SocietyName_YourName” (e.g., IOMP_John Doe).
- Upload the Document
*The upload link will be provided in late December 2026.
- Receive Registration Link: For those who have submitted the form, the Secretariat will send the registration URL via email from mid-March 2027 onward.
*For accepted presenters, the registration URL will be sent in late December 2026.
- Complete Online Registration: Follow the link in the email to complete your registration and payment.
