Important Announcement

  1. All submissions must include a 320-word abstract and a 200-word novelty of your research written in English.
  2. All presenters for both categories must submit an electronic poster (CyPos) written in English by the due date.
  3. Submitted CyPos (electronic poster) will be open for viewing from April 11 to April 26, 2013 for registered participants of the JRC 2013.

Presentation Categories

1. GENERAL PRESENTATION

    The type is an accepted paper by the program committee of the JSRT, and includes both of the followings.

  • submission of an Electronic Poster (CyPos) before the due date
  • 30 minutes on-site discussion to answer questions from viewers about the poster
  • Room, date, and the time for the discussions will be included in the letter or email of acceptance.
    We believe that GENERAL PRESENTATION provides an excellent means for scientific communication and personal interaction.

2. ORAL PRESENTATION

    The type is an accepted paper by the program committee of the JSRT, and includes both of the followings.

  • submission of an Electronic Poster (CyPos) before the due date, and
  • 7 minutes presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and answer discussion at the conference room.
  • Room, a date, and a time for oral presentation will be notified by letter or email of the acceptance.
    We encourage you to take full advantage of visual aids through the use of computer monitor projection.

Note:

  • The program committee of the JSRT will decide acceptance or rejection and the category of your presentation based on your abstract (max. 320 words) that is submitted by October 12, 2012. All decisions are final.
  • Withdrawal after January 25, 2013 or no-show to the conference in Yokohama is subject to penalty of acceptance for future meetings, and may not be published in the proceedings and the meeting program of the 69th annual meeting of the JSRT.

    Please disclose conflicts of interest within your PowerPoint and CyPos presentation materials.
  • You are the presenting author on an abstract that was accepted and you cannot attend the conference. Instead of withdrawing, please select a co-author to present the abstract in your place. You must choose at least one substitute presenter for you.

    The Committee’s decision will be sent to you by e-mail.
