    Wireless internet network is available in some areas, through which the electronic poster can be accessed.
    Identification card number is necessary for viewing the Electronic posters (CyPos) on your PC after congress.

  • Ticketing machines are placed at 1st floor of the conference center and entrance area of the Annex Hall.
    Opening hour for same-day ticket is 7:15 am – 11:45 am.
    Lunch ticket is invalid 10 minutes after the start time of the seminars.

Notes

    Participants are prohibited from the following activities:

  • Taking photograph of the slide presentations.
  • Videotaping and audio recording in any session rooms or in the poster hall
  • Permission is required to taking photograph in the session rooms and the poster hall.

  • No smoking on site.
  • Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.

Oral presentation

  1. Your oral presentation will include a 7-minute presentation and a 3-minute discussion. Please make sure to adjust your slides to fit the time limit.
  2. As a rule, presenters CAN NOT be able to submit their files on site.
  3. If you will use the slides you registered for your presentation, you DO NOT need to stop by the “PC Preview Center” on site. If you need to change your slides, please visit the “PC Preview Center” at least 1 hour before your presentation.
  4. Please bring a backup copy of your presentation in a USB flash drive with you to the meeting.
  5. Personal laptops CAN NOT be used in the session rooms.
