- Your oral presentation will include a 7-minute presentation and a 3-minute discussion. Please make sure to adjust your slides to fit the time limit.
- As a rule, presenters CAN NOT be able to submit their files on site.
- You CAN NOT change the slides for your oral presentation after the registration period.
- Please bring a backup copy of your presentation in a USB flash drive with you to the meeting.
- Personal laptops CAN NOT be used in the session rooms.
