Ticketing machines are placed at 1st floor of the conference center and entrance area of the Annex Hall.
Opening hour for same-day ticket is 7：15 am – 11：45 am.
Lunch ticket is invalid 10 minutes after the start time of the seminars.
Participants are prohibited from the following activities:
- Taking photograph of the slide presentations.
- Videotaping and audio recording in any session rooms or in the poster hall
Permission is required to taking photograph in the session rooms and the poster hall.
- No smoking on site.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
